Reservation Policy
A reservation deposit equal to the first night stay is required to guarantee room reservations. Rates quoted do not include applicable taxes, and no discounts may be allowed to a confirmed rate after check-in.

Additional Guests
Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons; $50 charge for each additional person over the age of eight years (in applicable rooms only).

Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and a three-night minimum stay for certain holidays or special event weekends.

Check-In/Check Out
Check-in time is 3:00pm to 10:00pm. If you will be arriving after 10:00pm, please contact our office at 1-800-635-4774 so that we may make arrangements with our night manager.

Check-out is 12:00pm.

Cancellation/Date Change Policy
All cancellations or date changes must be made by calling reservations at (800) 635-4774. Cancellation or change of reservation dates must be made 7 days prior to arrival date in order for the deposit to be refundable. Bookings for 7 or more days require 14 days advance notice, 30 days for groups and special events.

Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Smoking
All of our guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. We ask that you please smoke only in the designated smoking areas. Should the need arise to deep-clean your room in this regard, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill.

Method of Payment
Cash, check, MC, Visa, Discover and AMEX accepted.

Gift Certificates
When using a gift certificate, room reservations must be made by phone and we require the gift certificate number at the time of reservation. Please call us at 1-800-635-4774 and we'll be happy to assist you. Please note, the gift certificate must be presented upon check-in.

Taxes
10.5% county room tax and a $1 tourism tax will be applied to all room rates.
